Servicing counters are located in all our NCR/Regional branch offices. In the NCR, you can relay your provident-related concerns to the Pag-IBIG Branch maintaining your records. Meanwhile, your housing-related concerns can be addressed by the Pag-IBIG Housing Operations Sector, which is located at the : JELP Building, 409 Addition Hills, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

If you are based in the region, you visit the branch maintaining your contributions and housing loan records.
